Blueberry Mug Cake

This blueberry mug cake is to die for! It is so easy to make, takes 2 minutes in the microwave, and is gluten-free and high protein. It tastes like a blueberry muffin in a mug. It’s a yummy and healthy breakfast recipe, healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 egg free range
  • 1 banana
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a bowl, mash the banana with the back of a fork or with a pastry cutter.
  • 2. Add the egg and mix it into the banana with the fork.
  • 3. Stir in the 3 tablespoons of almond flour.
  • 4. Gently stir in the blueberries.
  • 5. Spray two mugs with spray.
  • 6. Divide the batter into the two mugs.
  • 7. Microwave each for 90 seconds.
  • 8. Top with extra blueberries and powdered sugar if you want! (I want)
