Blueberry Mug Cake
This blueberry mug cake is to die for! It is so easy to make, takes 2 minutes in the microwave, and is gluten-free and high protein. It tastes like a blueberry muffin in a mug. It’s a yummy and healthy breakfast recipe, healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients

almond flour

egg
free range

banana
2-3
tbsp
fresh blueberries
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mash the banana with the back of a fork or with a pastry cutter.
2. Add the egg and mix it into the banana with the fork.
3. Stir in the 3 tablespoons of almond flour.
4. Gently stir in the blueberries.
5. Spray two mugs with spray.
6. Divide the batter into the two mugs.
7. Microwave each for 90 seconds.
8. Top with extra blueberries and powdered sugar if you want! (I want)
