Ingredients

-almond flour -coconut oil (or butter) -an egg -granulated sugar -chocolate chips/chunks -vanilla -baking powder

Crack the egg

Crack the egg right into the mug you're using. You could spray the mug before but I have done it without and the mug cake doesn't stick.

Add dry ingredients

Add the almond flour, melted coconut oil, baking powder, and sugar right into the mug. 

Stir it up

Use a fork, whisk, or spoon to mix together the ingredients. You are just a minute away from almond flour mug cake deliciousness!

Top it

Add chocolate, lots of it if you want. Use chips, chunks, or break off pieces of your favorite chocolate bar. Microwave for 1 min or until done.
