Funfetti Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp regular flour or whole wheat flour, or gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
- 2-3 tbsp sugar any granulated sugar, white, coconut sugar, erythritol, etc
- 3 tbsp milk any kind
- 1 ½ tbsp melted butter or oil
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp almond extract
- 1 tbsp funfetti sprinkles
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder in a small bowl.
- Pour in the melted butter (or oil), milk, and almond and vanilla extracts, and mix everything together.
- Stir in the sprinkles.
- Spray a mug, small bowl, or ramekin with cooking spray, and pour in the batter.
- Sprinkle a few more of those sprinkles on top of the batter if you like.
- Microwave for 60 - 90 seconds or until done.
- Top with whipped cream or eat as is!
