Stir the flour, sugar, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, and pinch of cloves in a small bowl.
Pour in the molasses, melted butter, and milk.
Stir everything together.
Spray a mug with non-stick spray and pour in the gingerbread cake batter.
Microwave for 1 minute and check if done.
If not quite done, microwave by 15 seconds at a time until cooked.
