Ingredients

pure maple syrup
you can sub an equal amount of sugar-free syrup, or sugar-free chocolate sauce
Instructions
Mix egg, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a small bowl with a fork or whisk.
Spray a mug or ramekin with cooking spray.
Microwave at high power for 1 minute.
Middle should be soft but cooked; if it needs more time add 15 second increments until done.
