Gluten-Free Flours for Mug Cakes
My favorite two gluten-free flours are almond flour and this gluten-free flour mix.
Most of the recipes in this roundup use almond flour.
Almond flour is protein-packed, keeps you full for longer than regular white flours, and gives a naturally sweet flavor to baking that you just can’t get with any other flours.
If you’d like to use a gluten-free flour mix, I don’t recommend substituting this for the almond flour in these recipes.
